CopyReport data can be preserved by using the Help menu and selecting Backup Organisation Data.
This option will take all of the data relating to the currently selected church/organisation (user/organisation details, song usage, write-ins, etc) and store it in a separate backup zip file.
This process will also happen automatically when you submit your report at the end of your licence period.
This file can be used to restore data in case of a problem, or to enable you to easily transfer data to another machine.
