How do I transfer the CopyReport data from one computer to another, part way through our licence period?

CopyReport version 4 allows users to Backup and Restore Organisation data using the Help menu. Use the Backup option on the old computer and transfer this file to the new computer. Use the Restore option on the new computer to find the transferred file and import your data. CopyReport version 4 can be downloaded from www.copyreport.co.uk.
