How are the royalties distributed if a song is only reported once a year but used on several occasions?

In order to make reporting easier, the reproduction of a song only needs to be reported once. Each song reported receives a single credit for each fixation used (print, project, record) and CCLI then multiplies those credits by the size category of the licence holder who reported the song in order to calculate the royalty payable to the song owner. Thus, the song owner receives a higher royalty if their song is used in a larger church or school.
