CCLI is pleased to announce that Standard Membership of ScreenVue is now freely available to all churches holding a Church Video Licence. ScreenVue is an online resource for churches and ministries looking for film scenes from major, independent and Christian studios, to use in their teaching activities for illustrative purposes.
Churches with a Video Licence now have free online access to the Member Section at www.screenvue.com where you can view over 2,000 clip Ideas from major films and Christian/independent titles, supplying valuable information for each scene you wish to use from a film you have rented, purchased or already own.
CCLI will be writing to all benefitting churches in July 2009 to supply the User ID to activate ScreenVue. Alternatively, churches can contact CCLI customer service department on +44 1323 436100 to find out more.
Churches can also upgrade to ScreenVue PLUS Membership for $34.95 (approximately 25 Euros), which is an annual fee payable online. ScreenVue PLUS Membership gives you access to over 500 film scene downloads for use in your church activities.
All ScreenVue Clip Ideas and Scene Downloads are 100% covered for public performance by holders of the Church Video Licence. However, some of the Screenvue Clip Ideas advise you to 'use your own DVD'. Before you do so, you must first ensure that the film's producer or distributor is covered by the Church Video Licence - full film producer lists are available here.
